A Mechanic You Can Actually Trust
We started Northeast West Mobile Mechanic because we believed car repair shouldn't mean a stressful trip to a shop. It should be simple, honest, and done right at your door.
Our Story
We've been turning wrenches for over a decade. After years working in traditional shops, we saw the same frustrations over and over — long waits, surprise charges, and customers who felt talked down to. We knew there was a better way.
In March 2023, Northeast West Mobile Mechanic was built on a simple idea: bring the expertise of a professional shop directly to the customer. No waiting rooms. No upsells. Just honest work done at your home, office, or wherever you need us.
Today we serve drivers across Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, Snowflake, Taylor, Heber-Overgaard, and the greater White Mountains region with everything from routine oil changes to 24/7 roadside assistance. Every job gets the same care and attention — whether it's a $50 oil change or a full brake overhaul.
